Implanted TT v1 Lite setup script
implanted main data storing system (since the tracker works without MYSQL, I needed to find an easy way to store the data and process it very fast

Starting working on user panel. I took the decision to have TT work 100% with language file, which means I will have to define all internal error messages and mail, menu titles ... into the ".lang" file. Many work in perspective : I will have to rewrite every php file of the source :(

I have had a look at what has been done by Boar team. Install script is working fine, but not update script. Fixed a bug with themes.Found many bugs in language system. No admin panel yet.
For a first checkup, I must say I will have lot of work on this to produce everything it is supposed to do in the features list.
